I have purchased MTG singles from this site 3 times now and each time they came safely, quickly, and accurate condition. Not sure what all the bad reviews are but I haven't had a bad experience yet.

3 months after order placed, I have nothing. Ph# says it's after hr during business hrs. What a joke. Calling credit card to try and get a refund.

Don't buy anything from them! They sell fake toys!!

Would give 0 stars if I could, I preordered a two in one box funko pop from this site in December. Half a year later and it's STILL not here, I contacted customer service and they said it would come in April but it never did and I don't think I'll ever get it at this point. The same item is out everywhere else at this point and even more expensive now. DONT order from this site it is a complete scam and they don't even allow refunds even before they've sent the item out, so pretty sure that's one big scam right there. This site has bad reviews with same experiences and I only saw that after the fact with ordering this item but decided to give it the benifit of the doubt and I was wrong to do so. Do not shop here you will just be wasting your money and time waiting for something that may never even come. Even now even after it's been pushed back yet again to June- I still don't believe I'll even get it then it will just keep being pushed back at this point, just not worth dealing with.

Not a lot of info of what’s happening

Under no circumstances do business with these scam artists. I ordered a baseball card package of Bowman cards advertised as(15) packs of 19 cards for a total of 285 cards. I received one pack of 19 cards. I am then told it was not there issue where I had seen the ad in Google marketplace. When I went back to see if I made a mistake the ad was the same. But when you clicked to order it changed to one pack of 19 bowman cards. When I called toy wiz it became a Google marketplace problem. They saw no such ad on their end. Forget getting anyone on Google. I went back in my history found toy wiz ad and it was the same offer but now it noted not available in all areas. Do not buy toy wiz's blaming others and DONT ORDER anything with their name attached. I guess I have to eat this one. They totally deny any wrongdoing on their end. Steer clear! Wish I could give them a zero

Ordered an item on a friday and got it in the mail by monday. These guys are great.

I pre-ordered a few boxes of NBA Hoops in September 2020 that were supposed to ship in December 2020. I contacted Toywiz in February 2021 and they said it would be shipped in February 2021. It is now march and it still has not been shipped. The item is worth more than I paid for it even though I paid above retail price and I know Toywiz has had it in stock between my pre-order and now because they listed it for a higher price later they have not shipped my items despite the fact I paid in full in September 2020. I do not want a refund, I want my items.

If I could give a zero star I would. I bought a 27.99 moj moj toy using Amazon. ToyWiz zoomed in on the picture so I thought it was a bigger product. Then when it comes, it's the size of your hand. I was like ok whatever it's fine. But that's not the worst part, the toy itself stank! It smelled like gasoline and sharpie mixed together. It was not safe for kids. I returned the item and literally they removed the toy for sale within 24 hours of me leaving a bad review. When it came to refunding me the money they deducted 50% for "restocking fees" because the toy was opened and "used". They also down played the smell stating that it only smelled like plastic... total rip off. I have to go through Amazon to get the rest of the refund back. Never buy from this company. They are scammers.

Never order or pre order from this company. They lie to their customers. They charged me for a couple of booster boxes i ordered at a normal price which wasnt even a great price to begin with. I was told that my order will arrive in December 2020. I waited and called and then they said January 2021. So I waited and it was February now. I called and emailed them and finally they responded saying you will get it in May 2021 or longer. This company is a scam. They made me wait so long for my packages and now that item elsewhere costs 3x the price because i waited so long. If they didnt do that to me or were honest from beginning i would have been able to buy it elsewhere for even cheaper than what I bought it with them. Now i am unable to purchase my items anywhere else due to the prices for waiting for them for so long. DO NOT do business with them. TOTAL SCAM! They need to refund extra money for all that they did. I will be contacting my lawyer.

I have nothing but great to say! My package took a little bit but that's what happens when you preorder. But during my wait I had a few questions. Next day ANSWERS! Great communication. Once I got my package. Oh boy! Great figures! No damage. No regrets. I am so happy I didnt go by the negative reviews!!! Will diffidently buy again. Thank you for the great service!!!!!
